On Sunday, May 11, 2025, Mount Subasio will host Subasio Epyc 2025, a free excursion dedicated to Mountain bike, E-bike, and Gravel enthusiasts. This adventure without a timer offers the opportunity to explore independently, alone or with companions, the natural beauties of this territory. The free start will take place from the Centro Polivalente di Capitan Loreto, with flexible hours from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Upon registration, GPS tracks will be available for different levels of difficulty: a challenging route for Mountain bikes and E-bikes, an easier route also for Mountain bikes and E-bikes, and an adventurous ride designed for Gravel bikes. The main goal is to have fun and admire the wonders of Subasio, with the option to follow the provided tracks or explore freely. An epic refreshment point will await participants at the Rifugio Madonna Della Spella, where it will be possible to refuel and receive the characteristic Epic Cyclist Stamp. At the end of the excursion, a drink food will be available at the Centro Polivalente to recover energy (closing at 2:00 PM). Registrations can be made at the Centro Polivalente on Saturday, May 10th, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, May 11th, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, at a cost of €15.00. Please note that for routes 1 and 3, a cycling membership card or competitive medical certificate is required, while for route 2, a non-competitive sports medical certificate is sufficient. The excursion takes place independently, without mechanical or medical assistance provided by the organization. Furthermore, on Sunday, at the Centro Polivalente, the little ones can enjoy the Kids Epyc, a lively bike event designed specifically for children and teenagers.
