This tour package includes accommodation in a 3-star superior hotel with breakfast included, a free visit to Assisi and Perugia, and two spectacular hiking/trekking experiences: hiking Monte Subasio from Assisi to Spello with lunch in Collepino and trekking to discover springs, waterfalls. and caves in the Menotre Valley with lunch in the village of Pale, and a visit to Rasiglia with a guide.

30% deposit upon booking and balance 25 days before departure.

If it is impossible to travel due to government restrictions caused by the covid, the deposit will be returned to you. 

If there are other reasons for cancellation not imposed by state legislation, the deposit will not be returned.

HIKING MOUNT SUBASIO FROM ASSISI TO SPELLO WITH LUNCH IN COLLEPINO

From Assisi to Spello, hiking Mount Subasio; a wonderful scenic route to admire beautiful hermitages, uncontaminated nature, green breathtaking landscapes and medieval villages. Starting from the meeting point in Santa Maria degli Angeli, you will proceed hiking until you reach Assisi, the city of Saint Francis of Assisi, where the guide will take you strolling through the city alleys. Afterwards, you will continue the path and you will reach Collepino, where a delicious and wholesome lunch will await you. After lunch, you will proceed and reach the beautiful ancient Spello. This excursion has a duration of six hours circa and it is very intense, so it is intended for experienced hikers. 

Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

TREKKING THE CHARM OF SPRINGS, WATERFALLS AND CAVES - LUNCH - GUIDED VISIT OF RASIGLIA

After breakfast, we head to the Menotre valley, just 20 minutes away from Assisi. We will go to visit with a guide in a hermitage protected by the rugged rock, a sanctuary that leaves you speechless and from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. Together with the guide, we will make a beautiful trekking experience of about 1 hour and a half where we will reach springs, waterfalls and caves. Together you will reach the village of Pale where a delicious lunch awaits you in a typical restaurant based on the specialties of our land.

Umbria is also the region of ancient villages. In the second stage of this excursion, we will visit one of the jewels of the region: Rasiglia, the village of streams. The town, which preserves the typical characteristics of the medieval village by gathering in an amphitheater structure, is famous for its springs: by walking through the suggestive alleys of the center of the village, it is impossible not to be enchanted by the waterways that cross the town, making it unique and fascinating.

Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

This day you will have free time to visit the capital city of Umbria, Perugia, to walk along its beautiful alleys, to visit its most important historical sites and to taste the delicacies that the bars and pubs on Corso Vannucci offer you. Free lunch.
