The Palazzo dei Priori is found in the charming location of Piazza del Comune, the political and cultural hub of Assisi.

The architectural ensemble of San Francesco a Montone is a former franciscan settlement dating from the 14th century. It is formed of a gothic-style church, a picture gallery housed in the nearby convent, and by a cloister dating from between the 16th and 17th centuries.

Vitelli Palace, housing the Municipal Picture Gallery, that has been reopened to the public in 1995, is located at the centre of Città di Castello, next to the urban walls, in via della Cannoniera.

This public building was built by Angelo da Orvieto some years after the Municipality building, apparently commissioned by Tarlati of Pietramala and concluded in 1368.

The Collezione Burri has its premises inside Palazzo Albizzini, right in the historical city center of Città di Castello. This 15 century palace has a sober Renaissance architectural look of Florentine influence
