Now at its 55th edition, on schedule from the 10th to the 12th February, " The Spello's Gold" is among the oldest Umbrian festivals devoted to oil.
For three days the Infiorata Town is going to host a series of cultural and gastronomic initiatives including events, exhibitions and seminars aimed at the valorization and promotion of the extra-virgin olive oil, among tasting courses, tastings and cooking shows. The not-to-be-missed appointment "Well-ended Festival" is going to take place on Sunday 12th February with the traditional parade of the typical wagons embellished with oil's bushes.
