Res Nova Il Colle farm is in Umbria, among the green hills of Portaria, above the San Gemini spring and at the entrance of the Carsulae archaeological site. The farm activity counts over 50 animals (cows, horses and more) and its extension is about 75 acri...but in particular it has existed for generations becoming an identity for the family. Rural work has been an hard duty but also history mixed with passion that continues daily. 

Our mission becomes cutting the distance between city and nature life style starting from the children and the family and offering the opportunity to live the atmosphere of the rural Italy. 

With the new project of the educational farm the child becomes the principal subject and the nature his location: we belive in the value of this formule to a responsible growth and a fulfillment of the tradition.
