Sibillini Survival base (1st level)
- Where: base camp about 15 km from Norcia (PG).
- Duration: Saturday morning from 09:30 to Sunday 16:30, with overnight stay in refuges.
- Aimed at: activities for children aged 12 and over, adults.
- What we do: technical clothing and equipment, most important knots, construction of shelters with improvised material, orientation techniques with map and compass, emergency signalling, fire starting systems with tinder, first aid techniques, construction of an emergency stretcher, overnight stay in constructed shelters, construction of horizontal rope passages. Excursion with application of orientation techniques.

- Trasporto con mezzi propri. Comunicare la partecipazione almeno 10 giorni prima della data di inizio dell'evento.
- Il corso è un livello base, adatto a tutti anche senza esperienza.
- Per un minimo di 4 persone le date possono essere personalizzate.
At least 12 years of age, no special physical requirements.
Programma: inizio sabato mattina, termine domenica pomeriggio, abbigliamento ed equipaggiamento in montagna, zaino BOB, kit di sopravvivenza, uso degli strumenti da taglio, i nodi per i rifugi, approntamento di un rifugio di emergenza "lo shelter", accensione del fuoco con esca naturale e firesteel, mangiamo intorno al fuoco con la cucina trappeurs, metodo di fitrazione e potabilizzazione dell'acqua, tiro con attrezzi primitivi, segnalazioni di emergenza per aeromobili. Il rientro è previsto per le ore 16:30 circa del 2° giorno.
Recommended clothing: hat, fleece (one extra), work gloves, windbreaker, long trousers, breathable vest, a complete change of underwear, head torch, terry-type socks, rucksack of at least 30 litres, 1 container for water, sleeping bag (if not available, we can provide it).
