Azienda Agraria Carini is a small company and we always try to make quality products and let customers experience genuine moments during their visits. The complex is an estate of 130 ha (9 ha of olive grove, 16 ha of vineyard, 100 ha of arable land such as cereals and legumes, and woodland) located between Perugia (Umbria) and Lake Trasimeno. We have been producing wine, E.V.O. oil since 2001, Cinta Senese cured meats from our free-range pig breeding in the woods, as well as sheep's milk cheeses and other products such as grape compote, chickpeas and Fagiolina del Trasimeno (Slow Food Presidium), all from certified organic farming.

Mon Père - Classic Method, Quality Sparkling Wine
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested in August. The classic method creates a fine-grained bubble with pleasant, delicate aromas. The months on the lees give rise to sensations of French brioche and freshly baked bread.

OLIO E.V.O. "COLLE DELLE MACINE" BIO
Organic E.V.O. oil, blend of the Dolce Agogia, Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio cultivars. Harvested from early October until the end of November and available in various formats.
