This traditional Italian farmhouse, built in the mid-19th century, is located in the lush Umbrian countryside. Located 9 km from Assisi, it offers beautiful views of the valley below and Mount Subasio, both from the house and from the large pool area. There is a large dining room with a fireplace for the colder months, with an adjoining professional kitchen, as well as outdoor tables and chairs in the courtyard, overlooking the valley and Mount Subasio. The pool is 7x14 m and is surrounded by rosemary and lavender. On the property around the villa there are areas where you can hike, lie under our many fruit trees and read a book or meditate. There is also a fitness area with treadmill, rowing machine and free weights, as well as a table tennis table by our pond.
