Kites have been coloring the Stone City's skies for thirty years with "Wind Craze", that is going to come back punctual as always on the first spring's weekend.
On the 24th and 25th March, in the Roman Theatre's Park, it will be possible to experiment and put in practice one's own abilities to manage kites with a two day festival for lovers and simple amateurs of all ages.
It's an ancient art, spread out all over the world, and to handle it it's necessary to know the wind force and how to build some flight machines that are light, dynamic and also creative.
Beyond the distribution of kites and the free flight, the schedule includes several other activities for the whole family.
