Umbria Cinema Festival

This year's Umbria Cinema Festival, to be held July 20-23 in Todi at the breathtaking location of the Cinema Nido dell'Aquila, represents a turning point and marks a new look for an event that exalts cinema, culture and entertainment in Umbria.

Under the direction of Paolo Genovese and with the collaboration of Angelo Mellone, artistic director of UmbriaLibri, the new format aims to define itself as a precise occasion to celebrate the art of cinema in all its forms, writing a new page in Umbria's account of the film production of the last year, combined with the memory of artists who have marked our cinema with their interpretations.

This year's program features ten Italian films in competition:

  • SCORDATO by Rocco Papaleo;
  • L'ULTIMA NOTTE D'AMORE by Andrea Di Stefano;
  • GRAZIE RAGAZZI by Riccardo Milani;
  • MIA by Ivano De Matteo;
