The Winter Exhibitions at the Palazzo Collicola Arti Visivi

"Spoleto Contemporanea", "Fratelli di sale" by Claudio Marini, "Sincronie" by Fausto Manara and "Deep Carpet" by Vincenzo Core are the titles of the Winter exhibitions at Palazzo Collicola, in Spoleto, which will be on until the 28th February 2016.

"Spoleto contemporanea.

Lo sapevate che la città è ricca di energie, idee e visioni?" ("Contemporary Spoleto. Did you know the city is full of energy, ideas and vision") is a collective exhibition that offers, until the 22nd May 2016, an overview of what is produced in the town by all the artists who have chosen Spoleto as the location for their artistic production. A collective that remembers the past, reflects on the present and hypothesises on the future, to be followed by a day of study and debate on the 11th December in Palazzo Mauri.

"Fratelli di sale" by Claudio Marini is connected to the dimension of private grief, a space where the artist remembers his recently deceased brother, sharing stories and personal events with the public.

With "Sincronie" Fausto Manara creates, through about forty works, a parallel universe in which technology becomes painting, with a project combining photography and electronic language.

Lastly, "Deep Carpet" by Vincenzo Core, is an interactive sound installation from the "Opera Celibe" cycle, which amongst the frescoes of the former church SS. Giovanni e Paolo, develops into a study on sound and memory through digital art.
