From 31 October to 2 November 2025 in Città di Castello, the 45° Salone Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco Pregiato will take place, one of the longest-running and most representative events dedicated to the king of the table. For three days, the historic centre will be transformed into a large food and wine showcase, where the white truffle takes centre stage, accompanied by a rich programme of events combining taste, tradition and local culture.

Throughout the streets and squares of the town, markets and exhibition areas will feature typical local products and seasonal specialities, offering visitors the chance to discover and taste the excellence of Umbrian food and wine heritage. Alongside the culinary proposals, there will also be cultural and educational moments such as meetings, demonstrations and workshops dedicated to truffle hunting and its uses in the kitchen.
