19 regions involved, beyond 33 sites (often entire fortified towns or large areas and valleys) animated by free guided visits, books’ presentations and round tables, meetings, concerts: these are the numbers of the 2018 edition of National Days of Castles, now in its 20^th edition and scheduled for Saturday 19^th and Sunday 20^th May 2018.

It will be a unique occasion for tourists, but also families, schools and universities to dedicate to an intense ‘two days’ at the discovery of castles, fortresses, towers and other fortified architectures, without forgetting entire villages, walled cities and ramparts.

Umbria will be the protagonist of this 20^th edition with Palazzo Cesi in Acquasparta, certainly the most famous and important residence of the Cesi family.
