For the entire month of August, the photographic exhibition entitled 'The Colours of the Divine Painter', by Raffaella Franci, will be open to visitors in the splendid setting of Palazzo Corgna in Città della Pieve.
The photographic project starts from the photos that Raffaella Franci took of the original works by Pietro Vannucci, known as Perugino, and then moves on to a graphic elaboration in order to emphasise the colours of the "divin painter". From the perfect perspective construction of the architecture and the depth of the landscapes, the artist intended to create vortices, starting from the central vanishing point of the works, creating a fluctuating dance of colours and leaving the depth of the landscapes painted in the originals.
