The Church of San Francesco dates back to the second half of the XIII century.
The exterior, in pincky ashlar block with two sloping roof, has an facade higher than the original one. 
The facade is decorated by an oculus buffered and by a linked portal. Inside there's a unique nave ; on the wall in front of the facade it's preserved a wood organ of XVIII century.
The walls are decorated by six (three on each side) wooden altars of the XVIII century, adorned with frontals in scagliola. 
They are by Tuscan school, painted with floral motifs and surmounting of valuable paintings.
The impressive main altar, great baroque wooden curtain, hides the original apse of the church. 
The apse is decorated with precious frescoes of the XIV century. In the chapel of the crucifix it is preserved cycle of frescoes attributed to the painter Giovanni Corraduccio from Foligno(XIV century).
