All will be ready for the Carnival’s party expected on Sunday 11th February in Piazza Matteotti, heart of the city.

A musical band will open, at 3 pm, the celebration that will be livened up by masked groups, a little train that will accompany the masks in a city tour, entertainment for kids, all under the benevolent gaze of King Dodone, the typical mask of the Gubbio area.

The different associations will offer tastings of pastries, including for sure the Castagnole, a sort of fried donuts typical of the Carnival in the Gubbio area, sprinkled with honey or Alchermes.
