“Tiferno Comics”, the National comics exhibition of Città di Castello, will return from the 16th September to the 22nd October in the “Quadrilateral” of Bufalini Palace. 

Now in its 15th edition, this year the event will be devoted to Batman, with the comics exhibition on the famous cartoon character: the exhibition will display 250 original and unpublished tables produced by about 20 authors.

“Batman, darkness and light” wishes to celebrate 80 years of the Batman’s editorial life and around 70 years of publications of the famous character. The exhibition focuses on the contemporary best known authors that write stories about the “Batman-family” on the American comics.

The appointment with the “Tiferno Comics Festival”, the market exhibition devoted to comics authors, collections and the latest publications will take place on the 14th and 15th October, whereas on the 15th October it will be the turn of the Cosplay Contest in Piazza Matteotti.

The programme also includes many side initiatives such as meetings and focuses.
