It all started in 1968: some olive growers in Trevi decided to respond unitedly to the new demands of an expanding market. They founded a Cooperative and in a short time there were already 59 producers who mixed knowledge and taste with wisdom and skill. 59 experts who give themselves a strict specification that speaks of local provenance of the olives, milling within 12 hours of harvesting, cold extraction. he shop and the entire company are open from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. And in November and December, during production, also on Sundays. To all those who knock on our door we offer: a guided tour to discover the history of the company, the olive press and the bottling line. Also part of the visit is a short video presentation access to our collection of antique oil lamps and a small museum of machinery and tools from the last century a tasting of an oil of your choice from Olio Elite, Olio Famiglia, Olio Trevi D.O.P. Umbria Colli Assisi-Spoleto If, on the other hand, you feel like delving into the smells and flavours of Umbria, you can choose to add to your visit a "snack" tasting with: bruschetta, crostino with extra virgin olive oil sauce, Umbrian cold cuts tasting, water and wine for only €10.00 per person. The tasting is available only by reservation and for groups of a minimum of 10 people during shop opening hours. The oil mill is equipped with ample parking (also for buses), facilities for the disabled and a garden with porch.
