La famiglia Sportoletti, da generazioni in agricoltura, si è sempre dedicata con passione anche alla produzione di vino. Nel 1979, nascono le prime mille bottiglie con etichetta propria. Attualmente cinque sono i vini prodotti: Assisi Rosso DOP, Assisi Grechetto DOP, Villa Fidelia Bianco IGP, Villa Fidelia Rosso IGP e Villa Fidelia Passito IGP. La produzione, da un decennio a questa parte, si è stabilizzata intorno alle 200.000 bottiglie l’anno. A circa 500 metri di altitudine, ai limiti del Parco del Monte Subasio, l’Azienda possiede circa 2000 piante di olivo, cultivar Moraiolo, utilizzate per la produzione di un eccellente Olio Extravergine di Oliva.

"Strohgelb in der Farbe, zeigt er zarte Aromen von Jasmin, weißem Pfirsich und goldenem Apfel. Am Gaumen ist er warm und weich und endet mit einer leichten mineralischen Note."
VILLA FIDELIA BIANCO IGP
"Strohgelb mit goldgrünen Reflexen. Röstnoten von Haselnuss, Butter, Vanille, mit subtilen Anklängen an rosa Grapefruit, exotische Früchte und Kräuter. Der Geschmack hat eine gute Dichte und Beständigkeit, mit einem reichen, balsamischen Abgang".
VILLA FIDELIA PASSITO IGP
Schon bei der ersten Verkostung fällt seine intensive gelbe Farbe mit leuchtenden goldenen Reflexen auf. In der Nase zeigt er süße Noten von Honig, Vanille und kandierten Früchten und im Abgang eine deutliche mineralische Note, die typisch für Grechetto ist.

Villa Fidelia - Spello
The complex of Villa Fidelia (or Villa Costanzi) is located at the foot of a hill along the motorway in the territory of Spello. Built in the 16th century by the Urbani family on the remains of a sanctuary belonging to a sacral ensemble of a classical epoch (4th century), it passed in the 18th century to Donna Teresa Pamphili Grillo who transformed it completely.
