The IV edition of the Archeo Passeggiata ‘Tra le Fonti di Gualdo’ (Archaeology Walk), as part of the XXI edition of Archeologia Ritrovata, will take place on Sunday, 20 October 2024, departing at 09:30 a.m. from the ‘Rolando Pinacoli’ Public Gardens of Gualdo Tadino.
This event will offer the opportunity to get to know, with hints and formulations of hypotheses, what the ancient city walls of Gualdo might have looked like originally before time and structural changes distorted large sections of them, rediscovering along the way the ancient fountains characteristic of the city, thanks to the guidance of Massimiliano Barberini.
The event will be free of charge.
The length of the route will be 2 km and 250 m, with a walking time of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, including an explanatory stop.
Sportswear is recommended.
